bestofthebest(The PokeGear finally clicks on after what seems like days of nonactivity but really wasn't. Considering the trainer who's holding it up you'd think it's either late in the morning or early afternoon. What she's holding it up at? The nearby city sign that states: 'Violet City: The City of Nostalgic Scents' which is pulled away after a few seconds or so has passed.
Rainbow Dash quickly points the screen at her two Pokemon eggs, which arrived during the weekend -or maybe the day before, the days all kinda blur when you're traveling in cold weather- before pointing it at herself and grinning despite shivering at the same time.
She heard about what happened with Falkner, but she can wait. What's most important? Finding the Pokemon Center and seeing her closest friends again.)

[Hunching her shoulders, she drops her head a bit, looking guilty.] I... may have allowed my anger at the situation and those behind it to get the best of me, and said some things I shouldn't have. Shy... Capella did tell you it's not you I'm angry with, didn't she?

(And with that, the eggs glowed and flashed brightly until both took on the shape of two baby Pokemon, looking up at Rainbow curiously -and then at Flutters and Twilight- before smiling.)

They're giant eggs! Of course I carried them but you can only hold and rub them against your chest for so long; I had to carry them under my arms sometimes so they wouldn't fall.
(Definitely a feeling of innuendo...Twilight's not alone.)
